One site. One memory. One transmission.
So that his words may continue to enlighten, inspire and unite.
This site is dedicated to preserving the writings, the testimonies, the photographs and the archives relating to Shmouel, so that this memory may remain accessible to all.
Shmouel (2004–2015) was a child afflicted with severe cerebral palsy following complications at birth. Deprived of speech, of mobility and of autonomy, he spent most of his existence in a hospital room, until the day when, through assisted writing, his words began to emerge.
From the age of five, he transmitted texts and messages that deeply moved those around him. Preserved over the years, these writings today form the heart of this memory.
For a long time refusing to make his writings public, Shmouel finally asked, beginning with Rosh Hashanah 5774, that his messages be made accessible « so that each person may know and act with their free will ».
This site brings together these writings in their original form, as well as the testimonies and documents allowing each person to discover his path, his history and the heritage he left to those who knew him.
« We must warn, and not convince… I shall raise up an army for you… »
— Shmouel
